Can my child attend Hobbayne House Enrichment clubs?
Yes, as is the current practise if you wish your child to attend one of the many enrichment clubs we have on offer your child will be collected from his/her respective club and taken to Hobbayne House ASC where they will remain until parent/carer collects them. There is no reduction in cost if your child chooses to attend a club before attending Hobbayne House ASC.
Registrations
How can I register for Hobbayne House Wrap-Around Care?
Registrations for both Hobbayne House ASC AM and PM can be done via this link https://forms.office.com/e/8U9LFsWh21
My child has been placed on the waiting list for some or all of my chosen days
To ensure safeguarding protocols are followed correctly, we have had to limit the number of available positions in each session. This means that when registering, you may be placed on a waiting list. What this means is that if a space becomes available in the future, you will have the option to accept or reject that space. Your offer will contain a starting date within it.
We operate a separate waiting list for each day of the week so it is possible that you will receive an offer for only one of the days for which you are on the waiting list.

How is Hobbayne House Wrap-Around Care paid for?
You will receive an invoice on or after the 15th of each calendar month outlining your regular fees for the following calendar month. This total amount must be paid on ParentMail by the 25th of the month in order for your child to attend.
Balances for the AM and PM sessions will be kept separate on ParentMail.
It is possible for you to maintain a credit balance in your ParentMail account.
Do I have to pay in advance?
For all booked places, you are required to pay for each calendar month in advance. The easiest way to ensure this is to check that your ParentMail balance is a positive number.
Can I pay with Childcare vouchers or using the Government Tax-free childcare allowance?
Yes, please note that if you are making a payment via this system, there will be a delay between you making a payment and it appearing on ParentMail. This is because funds paid through these schemes take time to clear and then they need to be processed manually by the school and credited to your ParentMail account.
You will need to register here if you have not already. You can then search for our school using the school name or post code to add funds. Once you have added funds, you should email clubs@hobbayne.ealing.sch.uk to notify us of your payment reference as the Government scheme does not provide this information to us.
Please note that payments via this method must be completed early enough to ensure that funds have reached us before the 25th of the month.
How can I check my current balance?
ParentMail will show you your current balance. Please note that recently made payments via a Childcare scheme will not appear immediately as they take time to process.
Does the Club have a code I can provide to Universal Credit?
Hobbayne House Unique Reference Number (URN) is 101888
Our DFE code is 3072151
I registered but I didn't get an email
Sometimes, emails may accidentally end up in your junk folder. If this happens, we recommend adding clubs@hobbayne.ealing.sch.uk to your allow list to avoid this happening in the future.
Cancellations
I need to permanently cancel my child's regular place
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may no longer require Hobbayne House ASC for the same number of days (or not at all). You can reduce the number of days, or cancel completely, by emailing clubs@hobbayne.ealing.sch.uk.
Please note that, whilst we understand that circumstances do change, any changes must be made on your account prior to the 15th of each month to affect the following month.
If you have a specific date, in the future, where you would like to cancel after school club from, please email clubs@hobbayne.ealing.sch.uk and we will be able to help you.
My child won't be attending Hobbayne House Wrap-Around Care for a particular session
If your child will not be attending Hobbayne House ASC for a particular session, AM or PM, we ask that you email clubs@hobbayne.ealing.sch.uk. This notifies Hobbayne House ASC that your child won't be attending. We ask that, if possible, this is done by 11 am but cancellations can be made right up until 7:30 am for the AM session and 2:30 pm for the PM session. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for cancelled spaces.
Why can I not be refunded for cancellations?
In order to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our children we need to ensure that we have sufficient staff to cover the children that attend our club. This means, that even if you do not attend, we have still paid to employ the staff to look after your child. We also prepare a snack for the children each evening which is prepared in advance and is therefore a cost to the club, regardless of whether your child is present.
Why do I need to give notice to cancel my regular days?
To continue to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our children, we need to be able to allocate our resources effectively. We understand that a change in circumstances means that you may have to alter your requirements for before or after school care, but we do need to ensure that we have sufficient time to offer your child's place to those on the waiting list.
